I’m always on the lookout for a better way to slim down on things I carry in my pocket (hence my interest in Coin to slim my wallet), and now a sweet product to address my bulky key ring. Keysmart has come up with a simple yet ingenious idea of organizing your keys in a Swiss army style stacking arrangement. The simple, clean design keeps your keys slim and organized without adding hardly any more bulk or weight. [ad name=”STIL-Medrec”] I’ve been using it for about a month now and couldn’t be happier. The solid aluminum construction (or sleek titanium) looks great, my keys slide out effortlessly, and I can add or remove keys at my leisure. Now I just

I’ve been trying to bring a minimalist simplicity I enjoy in other parts of my life to my wallet for years now. It evolved from the tri-fold wallet, to the bi-fold, then to the card wallet. I’ve toyed with the idea of a simplistic money clip, but I’ve never been able to fit all of my cards in there. I mean, you have your ATM card, 2 credit cards (one Visa, one Amex), drivers license, health insurance card, transit card, not to mention the actual cash needed in the city. That is may paired-down list too! Gym membership card, car insurance card, business credit card, starbucks card… you get the idea. Coin takes care of all of this with it’s
There are many ways to add subtle color accents to dress up your outfit, to show a bit of fun, color or style. Many times you find them on jacket linings, button hole stitching, and bright fun socks, but enter a new (but actually old and traditional) way to add a little color. Dress shoes can be spruced up with colorful laces, with varying degrees. Subtle color combinations such as dark brown cap-toes with caramel laces, beige oxfords with salmon laces, or oxblood wingtips with grey laces. I prefer the understated, yet complementary colors, but there may be an occasion when I want to dress up those grey suede shoes with a pair of blue laces to go with a

I just upgraded to an iPhone 5 and love the slim, light feel, however, it seems so delicate! If I was to drop it, I’m sure I would hate the outcome, but all of the iPhone cases out there are horrible! Either they completely cover up the beautifully engineered lines of the phone, or are practically pointless, just adding bulk and weight. Who buys a slim, light phone only to put a bulky, heavy case on it? Finally, a beautiful minimalistic case for the iPhone 5 which only serves to protect! This Mod-3 Design Radius Case for the iPhone 5 is a complimentary work of art. The design compliments the phone with aluminum construction and it’s minimal weight leaves the

A leisure sport long enjoyed by Brazilians and starting to make a comeback on California beaches, parks and backyards, Frescobol is the original paddle-ball. Since just about everything 80’s is making a big comeback, why not smashball? At least these beautifully crafted paddles will bring some class and style to a game commonly associated with plastic and out-of-control kids. Merriment Hardware is a San Francisco company that handcrafts each reclaimed hardwood fresco paddle to order in their small workshop. To show their support for play, they donate 10% of their profits to the California State Parks Foundation to make sure you will always have a place for Frescobol. Each set includes two paddles, a rubber racquetball and a sweet cotton
I often find myself in this predicament, do I want the style of a card wallet or the simplicity of a money clip? I traditionally find it is best to just carry 3 cards, an ID and some cash, all of which fit nice and tightly into either device. Situation usually dictates my choice, am I wearing slimmer fitting slacks or more roomy clothes that can absorb the extra bulk without bulging out. More often than not, I pair a money clip with more formal attire since it tends to be more fitted and thinner fabric and thus would accommodate a card wallet less elegantly. I believe this may just be a part of the evolution of the wallet in
Having been searching for the perfect briefcase for all occasions, I found one in one of the most unlikely places. I took to the internet, which is not usually my style when it comes to style. I prefer to see items such as these in person, so i can feel the leather, observe the craftsmanship and verify the quality. Now that I have, I feel as if I must share it with you all. The leather goods from Saddleback Leather are of the highest quality, unlike anything I have seen from high-end designer bags even. My recent purchase of a leather travel duffelbag opened my eyes to the world of quality handmade products without designer labels. I feel this bag
Now a staple in my sock drawer, I probably have more Happy Socks than anything else, including athletic socks. Extremely versatile, they add a splash of understated color (well… under something, mainly a pant leg) to any outfit. I used to just wear them properly matched (similar to a pocket square, you should probably use a common color palate) with all suits and dress slacks. I’ve since begun pairing them with jeans or anytime I have dress shoes, including casual wingtips or cap-toes. Basically the only think I won’t pair these colorful patterned socks with are athletic shoes. While many dudes may think this is a silly and unnecessary accessory, I can assure you, I have received nothing but positive
